Gulf Coast Resort Rules & Policies

🏕️ General Park Rules

All guests must check in at the Registration Office (Blue Office) upon arrival. Please have your reservation confirmation available if applicable.
All waivers and release forms must be completed before entering the park.
By entering the property or purchasing admission, guests agree to all Gulf Coast Resort Terms & Conditions.
In case of emergency, call 911 first, then notify the Park Office immediately.
Speed limit throughout parking and general admission areas is 5 MPH.
No glass containers are permitted anywhere on the property. Violators may be removed without refund.
Firearms, weapons, and fireworks are strictly prohibited.
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of ADA-recognized service animals.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Underage drinking, illegal drugs, and nudity are strictly prohibited.
Dumping waste or non-potable water is prohibited and may result in a $750 fine and documented warning.
Excessive vulgarity, public intoxication, disorderly conduct, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the property.
Please dispose of all trash properly using the designated blue garbage cans throughout the park.
Be respectful of staff, guests, and the property at all times. Gulf Coast Resort is a family-friendly environment.

🏖️ Beach Rules

Certified American Red Cross Lifeguards are on duty during posted beach hours.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the beach or in the water.
No glass containers are allowed on the beach.
Large hard ice chests/coolers are not permitted on the beach and must remain in vehicles.
Only small over-the-shoulder soft coolers are allowed on the beach.
Open containers, including beer cans and alcohol bottles, are not permitted on the beach.
Loud music is prohibited. Please keep volume at a respectful level for all guests.
Pets are not permitted on the beach, except for ADA-recognized service animals.
Fires, grills, and open flames are not allowed unless specifically approved by management.
The beach closes at sunset. Please begin packing up in advance.
Appropriate family-friendly swimwear is required. Thongs, excessively revealing swimwear, and similar attire are not permitted.
Guests must immediately exit the water if lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius. Water activities may resume after a 30-minute all-clear period.
Help protect the environment by respecting wildlife, dunes, and vegetation.
Guests are responsible for cleaning up all personal belongings and trash before leaving the beach.

🛻 ATV Rules

ATVs and UTVs are only permitted on designated trails during approved riding hours.
Riding after park hours is prohibited and may result in fines or removal from the property.
Reckless driving, racing, donuts, stunts, or dangerous maneuvers are strictly prohibited.
Speed limit is 5 MPH in general park and camping areas and up to 20 MPH on designated trails.
Jeeps and trucks are not permitted on trails except during authorized special events.
All drivers must have a signed waiver on file and comply with all posted safety rules.
Minor drivers must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Helmets and safety gear are strongly encouraged for all riders.
Stay on marked trails and avoid damaging natural areas or vegetation.
Alcohol consumption while operating an ATV/UTV is strictly prohibited.
