Park Rules

🏕️ General Park Rules

All guests must check in at the Registration Office (blue office) upon arrival. Please have your reservation confirmation ready if applicable.
All release and waiver forms must be signed before entering the park.
By entering the park or purchasing admission, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
In the event of an emergency: Call 911 first, then notify the Park Office immediately.
Speed limit: 5 MPH in general admission and parking areas.
No glass containers anywhere on the property — violators will be asked to leave.
No firearms, weapons, or fireworks permitted on the premises.
No pets allowed, except for service animals in accordance with ADA guidelines.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
No underage drinking, drugs, or nudity allowed.
No dumping of waste or non-potable water. Fine: $750.00 and documented warning.
No excessive vulgarity, public intoxication, or inappropriate behavior. Violators will be removed.
Outside coolers are allowed, but must be free of glass containers.
Please dispose of trash properly — use the blue garbage cans throughout the park.
Be respectful — this is a family environment and shared community space.

🏖️ Beach Rules

Certified American Red Cross Lifeguards are on duty during posted beach hours.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times while on the beach or in the water.
No glass containers allowed on the beach.
Outside coolers are welcome, but drinks must be in non-glass containers.
No loud music — please keep volume at a moderate level to respect other guests.
No pets on the beach (service animals permitted per ADA guidelines).
No unsanctioned fires, grills, or open flames on the beach.
Beach closes at sunset. Please begin wrapping up activities in advance.
Appropriate swimwear required — this is a family-friendly environment (no speedos, thongs, or similar attire).
Guests must exit the water if lightning is detected within a 10-mile radius. A 30-minute wait will follow before water access resumes.
Please help protect the environment — do not disturb dunes, wildlife, or vegetation.
Clean up all belongings and trash before leaving the beach.

🛻 ATV Rules

ATVs/UTVs are only permitted on trails during approved riding hours.
No riding after park hours — fines will be issued for violations.
No reckless driving. Donuts, stunts, or dangerous maneuvers are not allowed and will result in removal.
Speed limit: 5 MPH in the general park and camping areas and up to 20 MPH in the trails.
Jeeps and trucks are not permitted on trails except during authorized special events.
All drivers must have a valid waiver on file and follow all safety regulations.
Child drivers must always be accompanied and supervised by an adult.
Helmets and safety gear are strongly encouraged for all riders.
Respect the trails — stay on marked paths and do not damage natural areas.
No alcohol consumption while operating an ATV/UTV.
